Home staging: How to best market your property

The process of selling a property in Singapore can be an overwhelming experience.  Your home is just one of many other properties listed in the market. With so many choices, in the resale and new launch market, buyers have the liberty to be critical of the property that they want to purchase, especially if they have to pay above market price.

During bullish property market, property literally sell by its itself. But as property market slows down, the gap between asking and transacted price widens, it is important to showcase the property via home staging to stand out and sell it at higher price at faster time.

Home staging is not a foreign concept in Singapore as developer has been utilizing it for their showflat for ages. These days, most home sellers are already going the extra mile of preparing their houses to look neat and well maintained for sale. For occupied homes, i will do the necessary preparations to extract your current furniture to be put into storage (if required). In some cases, your current furniture can also be part of the home staging. Owners can continue with their daily life, using the staged furniture until the property is sold.
