During bullish property market, property literally sell by its itself. But as property market slows down, the gap between asking and transacted price widens, it is important to showcase the property via home staging to stand out and sell it at higher price at faster time.

Home staging is not a foreign concept in Singapore as developer has been utilizing it for their showflat for ages. These days, most home sellers are already going the extra mile of preparing their houses to look neat and well maintained for sale. However home seller will only stand to lose out if the potential buyers does not fall in love with your house, so much so that they have to buy it now before someone else grab it. I have dressed up both vacant homes and occupied homes, so you not have to worry about having to vacate the house during the home staging process. For occupied homes, i will do the necessary preparations to extract your current furniture to be put into storage (if required). In some cases, your current furniture can also be part of the home staging. Owners can continue with their daily life, using the staged furniture until the property is sold.
